Can I choose which seed blend goes in my bundle?

Yes. Every bundle defaults to a versatile blend, but you can request any specific blend when you order. Just add a note at checkout or email us straight after ordering.
How does the expert phone call work?

We'll email you within 24 hours of dispatch to book a convenient time. Calls are 30 minutes with either Dr. Sarah Holt or James Morris. Tell us about your garden and we'll walk you through exactly how to use your bundle for maximum effect.
What size lawn does each bundle cover?

Starter Kit covers up to 25m² for new seeding. Full Transform covers up to 50m². If your lawn is larger, contact us and we'll build a custom bundle. The Year Round programme adjusts quantities on sign-up.
Is the Year Round programme a subscription?

No. It's a one-time purchase covering 12 months of seasonal products and support. No automatic renewal, no card stored. Most customers order again the following year.
When should I order to sow this season?

Spring sowing works best from mid-March to mid-May when soil temperature is consistently above 8°C. Order early — soil temperature dictates timing, and in a cold spring you may need to wait a few weeks after your bundle arrives before conditions are right.
